About Kiana
Kiana began skating at the age of 10 and quickly developed a deep passion for the sport. After competing at the local level, she discovered a love for mentorship through her time as a Program Assistant, where she enjoyed helping younger skaters develop confidence and new skills. That experience sparked her interest in coaching, which continues to grow today. Kiana’s coaching philosophy centers on sharing her passion for skating and using it as a tool to foster growth and development both on and off the ice. She believes that every skater is unique, and adapts her teaching approach to fit each individual’s learning style and goals. Whether it’s a child stepping on the ice for the first time, young athlete developing competitive skills, or an adult who wants to try something new, she tailors her approach to ensure every skater feels seen, challenged, and supported.
Above everything, she creates a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment where all skaters feel empowered to explore their potential and embrace their individuality. She brings energy, patience, and encouragement to every session.
Kiana enjoys working with skaters of all ages and levels.
